| 1. Via E6 in Saltdalen, junction
south of Rognan. |

 Follow signposts towards Beiarn on road 812 for 23 kilometres. Junction at Vesterli |

 From here take, road 813 and follow the signs towards Beiarn in Storjord for approximately 19 kilometres. |
 When you have passed through the Beiar tunnel at Beiarfjellet you’ll have a magnificent view over Beiardalen. |
 When you arrive at Storjord you’ll find the tourist information, which is located in the log cabin. |
 Follow the road towards Moldjord for approximately 500 metres. Then you’ll reach a junction. |
 Take to the left and follow the signs towards LØVSTADGROTTA/ LØVSTAD GÅRD, 19 kilometres. After 10 kilometres you’ll arrive at Trones. |
 Before you arrive at Trones you pass Neshågen where the Beiarriver and Beiardalen turn 90 degrees and go straight south |
 On your way south through Beiardalen you’ll see the mountain Tellingen. |
 Follow the main road with the signs towards “Grotter” for 9 kilometres. |
 When you reach Øvernes you take to the right towards “Gråtådalen” and “Grotter” for 3 kilometres. |
 After 1 kilometre this is what you’ll see: Wild terrain with Rønnåfjellet in the forefront. |
 Almost there! Only 2,5 kilometres until you arrive at Løvstad Farm. |
 After 3 kilometres you’ll see the signs Løvstadgrotta/Løvstad Gård. Here you take to the left and cross a small bridge. Follow the road for 300 metres. |

| Alternative 2. Via Bodø, road 80. Follow the road from the city in the direction of Fauske. | |
 Junction at Løding. Take road 17, cross the Saltstraum bridge towards Tuv, approximately 17 kilometres. Junction. Take road 812. Follow signs towards Beiarn for 49 kilometres. |
